All purchases are covered by the Fair Trading Act 1986 of New Zealand, administered by the Commerce Commission.


Payment
Credit Card via PayPal / PayPal Account
Payment can be made securely online by Paypal using a range of credit card types, or a Paypal account. If paying by credit card, the credit card that is being used must be yours.

In the case of an order being despatched outside of the New Zealand, it is your responsibility to pay any taxes and customs charges which may be due within your country.

Delivery
Hema Products Online use New Zealand Couriers for dispatch within New Zealand and New Zealand Post Air international. The standard shipping cost applied provides for:

Orders will be dispatched within two working days from receiving the order, otherwise you will be notified by email.


Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 14 days of our despatch date. Include your original packing slip with the returned parcel and also state the reason for the return.

If there is a proven fault with the product, then it will be replaced. The returned product(s) must be unused and in the original packaging (free of damage). If the item has been used there will be no refund and will be returned to you the purchaser.

If a refund is appropriate and required then it will be re-credited to the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

We recommend that goods are returned by registered post or courier and retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Margaret Hema Products Online is not responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items, unless it is proven that there is a fault with the product.
